Garchomp because he’s both my favorite dragon and a teir 3 pokemon!!!
Porygon-Z also because he is just awsome, but not only is he the approximate combination of two excelent electric-types Ampharos and Magnezone, he also has one of the most useful abilities ever : Adaptability, which doubles the power of one of my moves if I use Conversion.
Froslass because it covers both Garchomp and Porygon-Z’s weaknesses. Ice Beam takes out any dragons I come by, and Psychic gets rid of fighting.
That is overall a very solid team. Might I suggest replacing Froslass? It is statistically just average and won’t fully take advantage of the stronger Ice moves or the move Psychic because of its base Special Attack of only 80.
Alternatives are Jynx whose types also negate the Fighting weakness and has nearly the Speed and significantly higher Special Attack then Froslass. Jynx’ ability ‘Forewarn’ can also prove quite useful.
Even Lapras may be preferable because of its ability to better take a hit due to a significantly higher Hit Point base and slightly higher Defense and Special Defense. Its types also negate Ice’s Fire weakness.
If you’re looking for a better user of the move Psychic, there’s none better than Alakazam if you can acquire one. Its ridiculously high Speed and Special Attack stats make it one of the game’s premier Special Sweepers.
Cresselia’s another solid choice. Equipped with Psychic and a strong Ice move, she could be dangerous in the Battle tower despite her average attack stats. She can also take a hit better than almost any other legal Pokemon.
A even better choice than even Alakazam as far a Psychic Pokemon go is Metagross. Gifted with Legendary-Caliber stats and a great movepool, it is a solid fighter in any setting with amazing Attack and Defense stats, with everything else being average or above. When utilizing the move ‘Zen Headbutt’ or any other STAB physical moves, Metagross becomes one of the most dangerous Pokemon in the game, even when pit against Legendaries.
I hope this helped and I apologize for being long winded. I just like to justify my responses instead of doing what most people do and stating some baseless opinion with no factual or even opinion-based ground.
