What is the best way to add glitter to silk gazar?
I am trying to make a dress that has a silk gazar bustier. I bought black silk gazar fabric, however, it doesn’t have the black sparkles that i want it to. what is the best way to add black glitter to the fabric? should i use spray glitter or just layer on a sheer black glitter organza over top?
