how to build a time line for a 3 hours wedding?!?
I’m getting married may 31 (in 4 days) and i’m having difficult to include everything i want:
Cocktail Hour – (bridal party takes pictures).
First Dances
Toast
The meal (buffet)
Cake cutting
Bouquet toss
Gartes toss
HEEEEEEEEELP!!!!!

My wedding will be at 11:00Am, so i don’t think i ‘ll need a dance floor.
And it will be lunch, so just 40 min will be fine!
Is the whole reception 3 hours or does that include ceremony?
If the ceremony is separate, this is how I would plan:
3:00 pm wedding
3:30 cocktail half hour
4:00 dinner is served (do your toasts as soon as everyone is seated and has their food)
4:30-4:45ish first dance
6:00 cake cutting
6:30 bouquet & garter toss
7:00 pm Bride and Groom depart.
Remember not to schedule it too tightly or be too committed to an exact timeline. Just have fun and let things happen!!!!
