Sets Wedding
Sets question – wedding hair?
My cousin is meant to be helping out with her best friends wedding in a weeks time doing some hair and makeup for the bridesmaids but she wants to practice beforehand as she hasn’t done anyones hair like this for a while. Since the girls all live out of town she can’t practice on them, so my mom volunteered me as she said she is too busy and her hair isn’t long enough to do up anyway and mine is and is similar in length to some of the girls (shoulder length). So my cousin is coming over in about 30 mins. I know sets means curls right. But how long do you think all this will take? My Dad and older brother will be back home in about 1.5 hours and I really hoped my cousin will be finished by then. Do you think thats possible?

What did she mean by do it up as well – is that like curling it up?
I have done hair up like that several times and have watched friends do it to each other. How long it will take depends on if she’s ever done this before. If she has, it should take about 1-1.5 hours, if not, it could possibly take longer. Doing hair the way it sounds like she’s going to do on you is not easy. You will have tons of hairspray and or gel in your hair by the time she’s done and it will be quite crunchy! Have fun! OH! yes, doing it up, most likely means she’s going to curl your hair into a heap on the top of your head, or something like that.
