ok, so can you wear dangle earrings after they have healed?
or you have to continue to wear stud earrings?????? its been 6 weeks now since i ve pierced my ears, so i can change to something else, but can i wear dangle ones?? n 1 more, do you have to have post time earring on even when ur sleeping too, or can i now take them off when I sleep??cuz its so uncomfortable to sleep w/earrings??
You should continue to wear light weight earrings all the time, 24/7, until your ears have been pierced for at least six months because the skin inside your piercing holes is still not as thick as the rest of your skin. I would recommend you wear only stud earrings for at least another month, but if you really want to wear dangle earrings for a short time they should be OK so long as they are not heavy. The problems are caused by the weight of the earrings, not the length of the dangles. Also, of you wear dangles one day, let your ears “rest” with studs the next day.
