Tuxedo Three

My fish might have ich.?
I just got three red tuxedo platies a couple of days ago. I just noticed they all have little white spots on their tails. One has lots. None of my other fish have it and I was wondering if it was ich or it was just normal for the fish. Also, please recommend what to do to treat ich. I really want to treat it ASAP before my other fish get it. I cant get anything till tommorow so I hope the fish cant get infected overnight. please help!
I have no quarantine tank.
The white spots are only on their tails. I havnt noticed them anywhere else.
thank you for your answers
I took the easy way out and bought some tablets that treat and prevent almost every complication
First you need to be sure your fish actually have ich. Simply having a white spot or two does not make it ich. Ich usually attacks the gills and mouth (head) area first vs. the tails or fins. this is usually the start of a fungus which is treated differently. If there are no white spots on their heads or around the gills, it more than likely will develope into fungus not ich.
