Urinary tract infection–the most common bacteria that cause this come from the GI tract (poop) & its called E. coli. Make sure she wipes from front to back. If she is having trouble getting clean, try those wet wipes (the ones for that area) or diaper wipes–they make it easier to clean up. Use cotton underware as well. Keep well-hydrated to flush the bladder out and do not hold urine–go when the urge arises.
