Wedding at St. Patrick’s Cathedral in Manhattan?
I was wondering if anyone knew whether or not I could walk to Pachelbel’s Canon. I know the church limits weddings to a list of specific songs, and the Canon isn’t on the list. But, do you think that with a a greater donation to the church that they will allow it? I mean, I know that St. Mark’s in Venice and St. Peter’s in Vatican City both allow it.
Hi. Well, I don’t attend that church, but almost every Catholic wedding I go to has that as the processional. It is very, very common and very beautiful! I can’t see why they would NOT allow it.
