I think you can do it easily with just 6 cutting circle of tulle, accumulates in the center and running some stitches through it tack down. If it is too large, use a circle smaller, too small, use a larger one. Use invisible thread – Sewing And the result of a comb. You can dress up (and cover all the mistakes that do) with a particular type of silk flowers.
