The KC Bridal Fair is about bringing together wonderful professionals who can offer a product and/or service with those who are planning their special day.
The KC Bridal Fair stands for fun, interaction and education. Test the vendors knowledge of their products and services. Make them help you feel confident in their ability to make your special day the very best it can possibly be with their help.
We have a lot of vendors who have stated that many of their new friendships have begun due to working so closely with their clients. This is important to us! We want you to leave the bridal fair exhausted and more knowledgable than before you walked in the door.

What does all of this mean to you? It means you will have a great time taste testing, make the vendors work for your business (they don’t just sit and wait for you to ask questions) and walk away with so much more information and ideas than you thought possible.

We would love to have you join us. We only allow 4 companies PER CATEGORY (meaning 4 beauty, 4 fitness/health, 4 floral, etc.) and we base acceptance first come first serve. This also means we will not allow more than one vendor space PER Company.
